Audi R8 V8 (Manual transmission)

The Audi R8 is a production version of the Audi Le Mans quattro concept car presented in 2003. The name R8 is a reference to Audi’s R8 race car that, among other things, won the 24 Hours of Le Mans five times. The car was presented at the 2006 Paris Motor Show.

The Audi R8 was introduced in 2007 as a 4.2 FSI quattro with a V8 engine, which remained the only model until 2009.

The R8 has standard quattro all-wheel drive. This system uses a Lamborghini-derived Viscocoupling instead of Audi’s usual quattro system. The chassis is constructed of aluminum called Audi spaceframe (ASF). Also, the R8 has Audi Magnetic Ride, an adaptive shock absorber system.

This first-generation Audi R8 V8 with manual transmission was delivered to its first owner in Germany on June 24, 2009. In early 2014, the car was sold to Sweden to its second owner who kept the car until recently.

The car was always serviced at official Audi garages and received its maintenance regularly. It’s last maintenance dates from October 2023.
