The Targa version of the 964 Carrera 4 first appeared in the sales programme of model year 1990. The idea was for the removable Targa roof to be supplied one last time with the 964 generation. The 911 Carrera 4 Targa combined in a delightful manner the design language of the 1990s with the concept of the Targa safety cabriolet of the 1960s.

Today, the 911 Carrera 4 Targa is a sought-after modern classic. Compared to its predecessor, the G model, you can expect higher maintenance costs, but it makes up for these by turning out the performance of a truly modern sports car clad in classic garb. Pricewise, the Carrera 4 Targa is significantly more expensive than the Coupé and the Convertible. As only 1329 vehicles were ever produced, the Targa is around 10.000€ more valuable than the Convertible.

The last ever classical interpretation of the Targa concept makes this Carrera 4 a rarity of a special kind.

The car we currently have in stock originally was delivered in Germany in 1991. Since new, 6 owners are documented in an extremely extensive history file. All these invoices proof the car has been looked after very carefully. The body has no corrosion and overall the car is in original condition.

The Targa roof is new; no maintenance to be foreseen.
