Ferrari 348 TB
Some Ferraris instantly transport you back to a time when driving was still pure and unadulterated. An atmospheric V8 right behind you, a metal gearshift that clicks through the open gear gate, and a chassis that transmits every input directly to the driver. No driving modes, no paddles, and hardly any electronics that interfere with the driving experience. The Ferrari 348 TB is one such car.
Launched in 1989 as the successor to the 328, the 348 marked a clear new direction for Ferrari. Pininfarina’s design is characterized by the horizontal slats above the taillights and the large side air intakes, clearly inspired by the legendary Testarossa. At the same time, it retained everything that makes a classic Ferrari so appealing: a naturally aspirated V8, a mid-engine layout, rear-wheel drive, and a manual transmission with the characteristic open metal shift gate.
What truly makes this Ferrari 348 TB special is its exceptionally well-documented history. The car was delivered new on May 13, 1992, in Germany by the official Ferrari dealer Auto Becker in Düsseldorf.
The first owner had the car meticulously maintained at Auto Becker. At the end of 2000, the Ferrari changed hands for the first time and was briefly owned by a second German owner from Cologne. The car didn’t stay there long: in March 2001, with about 38,500 km on the odometer, it was sold to a Dutch owner and exported to the Netherlands.
That marks the beginning of a particularly beautiful chapter in the history of this 348. Shortly after his arrival in the Netherlands, the car was taken to the official Ferrari dealer Kroymans in Hilversum. Since then, Kroymans has been a constant presence in the car’s maintenance history, right up to the present day. Furthermore, during its more than thirty years of existence, this Ferrari has had only four owners, including one Dutch owner who kept it for nearly twenty years.
Its recent maintenance history is also particularly strong. At the end of 2024, another comprehensive service was performed, which included replacing the engine oil, filters, spark plugs, and timing belt. The car was serviced again by Kroymans at the end of 2025.
As of today, this Ferrari has only 64,000 km on it. Its history is documented by the original service booklet, an extensive collection of official Ferrari invoices, the original German Fahrzeugbrief, Dutch registration documents, technical inspection reports, and the Belgian Car-Pass.
More than thirty years after it was first delivered, this is much more than just a particularly attractive Rosso Corsa 348 TB with a black leather interior. This is a Ferrari whose history can be reconstructed with exceptional clarity: from its first German owner and early maintenance at Auto Becker, to more than twenty years with the same Dutch owner, and finally to years of consistent care by Kroymans Ferrari.
A 348 TB with exactly the combination that’s becoming increasingly hard to find these days: the right colors, low mileage, only four owners, and, above all, an exceptionally complete and traceable Ferrari history.
